BOAT RENTAL FEES:
Up to 2 hours: $150.00
Up to 4 hours: $225.00
Up to 6 hours: $275.00
BOAT DEPOSIT: $200.00 on a Credit/Debit Card
(refundable if boat and all equipment is returned in clean, working condition)
Rental Includes:
24 hours: $50.00
$100.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT on a Credit/Debit Card
Rentals do not include shellfish license. Oregon Resident $10 or Non-Resident (3 day) $19. Can be purchased at myODFW.com
Children 12 years and under are required to wear a life jacket
while on the docks and on the boats.
Boat rentals are limited to Yaquina Bay and are not allowed in the ocean or beyond the bay bridge.
Crab boats may not be rented if it is determined by our Dock Master that the weather or water conditions are too rough.

Marina office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Daily.
• Each vessel must be registered with the Embarcadero Marina Manager (or with the
Front Desk after hours)
• All vessels are required to have to have Coast Guard Auxiliary inspection sticker and
inspection by Embarcadero Marina Manager.
• A Copy of your insurance ($500,000 Liability), boat registration and boaters safety
card is required before being assigned a Moorage space.
• All moorage rentals require a valid major credit card. This Credit Card will be kept on
file through the duration of the rental
Amenities included: Key Card (2 Key Cards) access to the Recreation Center, Indoor
Heated Salt Water Pool, Two Outdoor Hot Tubs, Two Private Saunas, Private Crab Dock,
Crab Cookers, Ice, Crab & Fish Cleaning Station, Outdoor gas BBQs, One storage locker
Rental status and use of the Embarcadero Resort facilities can be revoked by
management at any time if deemed necessary
Rules, regulations and fees are set by the AUO Board and are subject to change
without prior notice

Our One Bedroom King Suite Condominiums are designed for travelers who like a spacious environment with a full living room, kitchen, and separate bedroom. This condominium has a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. All King Suites have a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for families with children.
AMENITIES: Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, Flat Screen TV with Cable.
Private Deck, and views of Yaquina Bay and Bay Bridge.
Some have wood burning or gas fireplaces.
