Do you have parking for boat trailers or RVs?
No, the Embarcadero does not offer onsite parking for boat trailers or RVs. Parking for boat trailers is available at the nearby South Beach Marina.

When will my credit card be charged?
The first night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking.

Are all rooms the same?
All of our hotel units are privately owned, meaning décor, furnishings, and amenities vary. Photos found online are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent your exact accommodation.

Do you have ADA-accessible rooms?
We do not offer ADA-certified units, but we do have some “accessible-friendly” rooms with bathroom assistance bars and easy entry access. Guests with limited mobility are encouraged to contact the hotel directly to discuss available options.

What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. However, during peak summer season, some one-bedroom condo units may not be ready until 6:00 p.m. Early check-in may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, we have a limited number of dog-friendly rooms. Please contact the front desk to confirm availability. Unauthorized pets will result in a $350 fee.

Is smoking allowed?
No. All units, including decks and patios, are smoke-free. Evidence of smoking will result in a $350 deep cleaning fee.

Do rooms have air conditioning?
Our units do not have air conditioning, but fans are provided for guest comfort.

What taxes are applied to my stay?
Rates are subject to lodging taxes, including a 12% Lincoln County Room Tax and a 1.5% Oregon State Tax.

What is required at check-in?
Upon arrival, we authorize a valid credit card for the remaining stay balance plus $50 for incidentals. We strongly encourage using a credit card for this authorization rather than a debit card.

Do you offer housekeeping service during my stay?
Yes. Daily housekeeping stay-over service is provided. Additional housekeeping requests can be made by contacting the front desk.
